The weather is warming up and I’m beginning to trust that it’s here to stay. Spring flavors are my favorite: asparagus, peas, rhubarb, ramps. But my favorite part of warming weather is breaking out our grill for the season. For a recent “big” birthday I got myself a gas grill because I love grilling so much. Ben likes a charcoal grill for the charred flavor, but I really wanted the convenience of weeknight grilling. So I gifted myself a grill! This week, I’m going to kick off the grilling season with Chicken Satay. It’s a great weeknight meal that is a crowdpleaser, can be made ahead, and is easily transported to the ballfield or pitch! If you don’t want to use your grill, you can always use a grill pan.
